Our annual fall social is coming up soon.

Items to bring:

• Your best slides (max of 10) of this season's paddling and some "lies" (a.k.a. stories) to go along with them. Trips DO NOT need to be Ceyana events but should be from this past season.
• This year our AV tech person Mark would like to be less stressed on event day and would prefer photos to be emailed to him at lundmer@gmail.com no later than two days before the event (October 31). There is NO WIFI at the venue so don't wait until the last minute.  
• For Mac users, convert photos to JPG first before emailing.
• Photos can also be stored on a USB memory stick in JPG or PNG format. Arrive early to upload them.
• Label photos with your name and number to help organize the upload to the laptop and allow photos to display in the right order. For example: Jane Doe_Slides & Lies 2024_1, Jane Doe_Slides & Lies 2024_2, etc
• Potluck dessert to share.
• Bring your own plate, cutlery and mug to speed up cleanup.
• Coffee, tea and cool drinks will be provided.

Pick up your FREE Ceyana 5" decal if you haven't received yours yet. One per member. If you can't be here in person, assign a proxy member to pick yours up and email Vicky at Social Coordinator with both of your names.

Arrive at 6:30pm to help with set up if you can. The club will supply a laptop and projector.
