How about an evening paddle at Muir Lake, July 11.  Muir Lake is north of Spruce Grove (see map below).  I think last year we managed to circumnavigate the lake in about 2 km.

Not a Ceyana Member (required for registering online), drop the Trip Leader an email and ask to join.  You will need to sign a club waiver on arrival at the start.
