Buffalo, warm sun, gentle breezes (most years), an hour or two cruise around the islands of Astotin Lake (Elk Island National Park) or Islet Lake (alternate), birding, laughing and telling lies.   Trip lead Tim, is suggesting he will provide cake, hopefully homemade... maybe store bought cup cakes like last year... maybe we'll be able to bring our own too. 'Cause... it's for the CAKE!

Tim is suggesting:

• 09:00 AM meet, at the main Beach/Main Parking Lot
  
• 09:30 AM launch,
  
• cake about 11:30 pm back on the beach at whatever table/shelter we can snag!
  

Basic flatwater skills required.  Limited Club equipment may be available, check closer to the event date.
