The Wildhay is a little river that offers one run of great whitewater for intermediate paddlers, runs for novice paddlers to learn on, and some fine scenic foothills tripping on other reaches. (M. Lund, Mark's Guide for Alberta Paddlers). 

There will also be some awesome lakes to paddle for those not interested in the whitewater experience. The Wildhay is close to William Switzer Park and we could be camping in the last campground before exiting the park. Thus making this a trip for all types of paddlers.
